About the speaker:

Christiana Adebiyi is an Instructional Design Lead at Miva Open University. She has had a diverse and rewarding career in education, with experience in teaching, curriculum development, learning experience design, education content creation and instructional design. 

She has a BSc from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the University of Lagos. She is also a member of the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).

Overall, Christiana is passionate about education and dedicated to helping students and teachers learn and grow, whether within the four walls of a classroom or online.

When she isn’t doing all of that, Christiana enjoys reading, graphics design and having mind-stimulating conversations.

Uchenna Maduka is a seasoned sales and customer support professional with a strong background in online sales, telemarketing, and customer success. With over five years of experience in customer-facing roles, he has consistently driven sales growth, enhanced customer satisfaction, and implemented successful CRM strategies.

Currently, Uchenna serves as Team Lead – Success Advisor at Miva Open University, leveraging his expertise to drive student success. Previously, he made significant contributions at uLesson Group and Outsource Global, demonstrating leadership, customer relationship building, lead management, and customer success strategy skills.

He is a certified Customer Support and Customer Success specialist, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

He is also a Brand Advocate at CustomerSuccessU, a global certification platform for customer success professionals, where he promotes the advancement of customer success advocates.
